A geothermal heat pump is a very intricate piece of mechanical equipment. Like any other piece of mechanical equipment a geothermal system will require repair or maintenance at some point in its life. If your system is experiencing any of the following issues you may need to contact us to perform a diagnostic service on your system.

• Circuit breaker of fuse is tripped or blown
• Loss of heating or cooling capacity
• Decreased airflow.
• Water or condensation around unit
• Shaking or vibration of unit
• System cycles on and off rapidly
• System never turns off

During a diagnostic service call we will perform the tests necessary to determine the cause of the problem. Once the cause has been identified the technician will propose the repair and cost to you before any repair is performed. One you approve the repair the technician will perform the work as soon as possible to get your system back up and running properly.
