After deciding what model RTU you would like, we will verify the existing roof curb dimensions and order a custom transition from the old curb to the new RTU. This process usually takes about 1 week. During that time we will receive your unit, schedule a crane and pull an HVAC permit. This also allows us to gather all the material needed for the job. Once the job has been scheduled, we will arrive with the crane and start the job. In most cases, the crane lift will be completed within a couple hours and the remainder of the job will be complete in an additional 4-6Hrs.
