CXM control board turns on and runs but only produces 68° supply temperature in cooling mode. Upon arrival inspected unit and found unit short cycling on startup. Upon further inspection discovered 24v power was fluctuating with the smoke detector. Reconfigured wiring in smoke detector and test ran system. No concerns after reconfiguration system starts and stops no problem.

Two system geothermal Waterfurnace 7 series cooling system maintenance, filter rotation, performance and safety inspection Homeowners primary complaint is AWL code on color touch screen thermostat on North larger system Initial inspections found power to the symphony Aurora web link with a steady green light however no yellow or blue communications and Wi-Fi lights are illuminated At the same time communication issues within the seven series equipment are preventing 2 of the 4 diagnostics pages of the seven series from appearing on the AID tool After power cycling the equipment the web link returned online however the 7 series communication issues still remain active Phone Tech support (Bill) has been notified and was able to confirm the existing conditions through the symphony Aurora web link but does not have an answer and is consulting with the engineering department. The ABC board was replaced within the past 6 months to address the AWL issue that still has not been resolved
