Statement on COVID-19

We are closely monitoring the developments around the transmission of the COVID-19 virus and will continually be assessing how we can help prevent the spread of the virus in our community. We take the health of our team and the families in the homes we serve very seriously.

At this time, Westin Air, LLC will continue with regular operations and be available to assist our customers with their heating and cooling needs. We ask our customers to refrain from scheduling appointments if anyone in the home has shown recent signs of illness. We will no longer be shaking hands with homeowners, as a precaution.

We also want to remind our customers that regular filter changes are important to maintaining the air quality of your home. If you own a UV Light, iWave, or Reme device and have not had it serviced in the last year, we recommend calling to schedule an appointment to have them checked out and make sure they are operating properly. These systems, when operating properly, kill mold, bacteria, and viruses in the air in your home.
